Request an RMA
Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, cables, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns facility using a tracked shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
